training was wonderful.
stupid exercises rocks.
but i think i OVER-PULL-ED a muscle in my right leg.
damn pain =((
training ended early.
sat aroud and talked.

we have an ISSUE here.

like SERIOUSLY lame.
like those joke.comments that make u go OHMYYYGOOOOAT!!

okay. that, we ALL know.
but now, the 'lameness' is SPREADING!!!!!!!
